Tulcea to Constanta then Jupiter

Tulcea to Constanta by taxi then to Jupiter by bike. 51km Total 3114km

Our adventures continued.  We only just fitted our bikes and us into the taxi to get a ride to Constanta. It was a small car.  I didn't have a seat.

 
Arrived safely and back on the bikes out of Constanta.  The weather was way nicer than when we were here a couple of days ago.

Had trouble getting out of Constanta - the garmin wanted us to go through the dock area, but the security guard wouldn't let us.  Had to head out on a very busy road.  Didn't have many options as we had to get over a large canal on the outskirts of Constanta.  Fortunately they were doing work on the bridge so cars were being diverted via the freeway and we had a nice quiet road for a brief period of time

We got back onto our garmin track, but it headed bush again to avoid the main road.

Now we're got 3 corner jacks in our tyres.  So far so good, they stayed up overnight!

Found a great pensiune just short of Mangalia in a place called Jupiter (there's Venus, Saturn and Neptune too!).  Huge tourist area in the summer, but everything is pretty much shut now.  The people at the pensiune were sooo friendly.  Took me shopping to the supermarket, fed us Palinka and wine and sat talking with us into the evening.
