Really bummed as I've lost my really good prescription sunglasses !! I think I left them in the hotel at Alexandropouli.
Lots of wet roads this morning. Riding out along the freeway was another challenging bit of riding, but eventually we got onto relatively quiet roads. Nice to be in a country where we can stop along the way and get a coffee and something to eat. We stopped at a bakery along the way and they gave us some extra cheese / pastry morsels and water. How nice!
We stopped along the way when the sky was so dark we thought it was going to pour, but after 10 minutes and no rain, we got back on the bikes. Only some very light showers all day.
Lots of agriculture along the way. Cotton, rice (evidence of at the place we stopped but have not seen any growing), fruit trees. We stopped to sample some along the way.

Had pizza in the local restaurant and the owner was playing his Lira. He put on a show for us.
